Mindfulness Walking

Mindfulness walking followed by afternoon tea at Carers Tasmania Launceston office

Mindfulness walking is a combination of walking and mindfulness observing the Alexander technique. The Alexander technique focuses on being mindful of your posture and what your body is doing. This is helpful for assisting with pain, posture and relaxation. Participants will meet at the Carers Tasmania Launceston office at shop 8, 216 Charles St Launceston. After the walk participants are invited to an afternoon tea.
